1. Acceptance of Terms

These terms and conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member") and mr88 ("Platform", "We"). This document governs your access to and use of all services, games, promotions, and content available on the mr88 platform, including our official website and mobile app.

MR88 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. 2. Member Eligibility & Account Registration

• A citizen or lawful permanent resident of Malaysia
• Not prohibited by local law from using online entertainment platforms
• Has never had an account banned or suspended by mr88 previously
• Register one account only — multiple accounts are not permitted

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, truthful, and current information. MR88 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) at any time to verify the information you have provided. Failure to submit the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

• Registering multiple accounts or using another person's identity

• Spreading false or misleading information about MR88 to the public
• Using offensive language, threats, or harassment toward customer support staff

6. Account Security & Privacy

You are solely responsible for keeping your MR88 account password and login credentials confidential. MR88 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your own negligence or failure to protect your login information.

7. Account Suspension & Closure

MR88 reserves the right to suspend or close any member account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these terms and conditions. In the event of account closure due to a breach of terms, the account balance may be forfeited depending on the nature of the violation.

Members may also request to close their own account at any time through the account settings page or by contacting our customer support team. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within 3 business days, and all eligible remaining balances will be returned to the member.

8. Responsible Gaming
